TenAxis plans guided tours and buys and sells land, houses and commercial property. One team, two things done properly.
What TenAxis does
We plan tours. TenAxis designs each journey end to end: the destination, the dates, the route, the hotels and the transport. Travellers do not build an itinerary with us, they pick a departure we have already planned and book a seat on it. A coordinator travels with the group on the longer routes.
We buy and sell property. Land, houses and commercial space. On the buying side we match the requirement to what we hold and what is coming up. On the selling side we verify the title and the documents before anything is published, and we only earn when the sale completes.
Behind both sits TenAxis Investment Partnership, the member-funded business the company grew out of. That side is private and runs on its own audited system, which is what members and staff sign into through the portals.
